Please understand that drinking water is going to help you. I know it’s difficult and I struggle with it as well. You must make a conscious effort to drink the amount of water, and you need it.
Go online and find out how much water you need to drink for your height and weight.
When you don’t drink water, it can and will affect the way you communicate with others.
Pay close attention to your mood when you’re speaking to people, then check your water intake. You will be surprised at how this is a surprising fact.
If you are having thoughts in your mind before sleeping, and you can’t stop them up and write them down. Getting it out of your mind and can free you. This action will set your mind at ease so you can have a peaceful sleep.
Release your mind of all those negative thoughts. You know, the ones about what you should have done during the day. Get that stuff out of your head.
Make sure that you write down all the things that are going on in your mind.
What do you do right before going to bed?
• Do you check your phone?
• Watch television
• Read a book
It is wise not to watch the TV.
Instead, you should consider:
• Reading a book
• Write a letter
• Drink water
Activities that don’t stimulate your mind will not give you the proper sleep you need.
Drinking water aligns with speaking positive words. Remember you want to be a positive person all the time. You want people to be happy about seeing you coming because they know that you’re going to be speaking positively in their life. You want to be that person.
There was something I learned at a conference. I didn’t know, and most of us didn’t. But there were several doctors at the meeting that confirmed, that if you put your feet on the earth for 20 minutes, it re-calibrates your body, helps your breathing, and helps align your energy.
So, we learned, the best thing to put your feet on is grass. You need to do it before 2 p.m. Do it as often as you can. Do your research about why you should put your feet on the earth or 20 minutes.
I have all the dirt around my house. I have a garden in the back of my yard, and I’m going to make sure that it’s a tranquil place.
